Starting on Sunday, February 16, spend some time at the Sugar House on Muscoot Farm, 51 Route 100 in Katonah (in some GPS systems, 51 Somerstown Road or Somerstown Turnpike) from 12 pm to 3 pm. See how maple syrup is made through the process of sugaring while learning its history on weekends on the Westchester County farm through March 14.
